The
browser should always display the correct page. However, it may fail to
move to a
bookmark. The desired bookmark (#The_second_method) is off the bottom of the screen in the
picture left. This tends to happen more often with Internet Explorer
than Firefox browsers, especially when you first access the target page.
The solution to this problem is to click on the link shown at the top of
the target page and then press enter. The window should promptly reposition to
place
the bookmark correctly at the top of the browser, as shown in the
picture right.
